Archana Jog is a vibrant Business Communication Professor and Leadership Coach who has spent almost two decades helping young professionals discover their voice and shine with confidence. Known for her creative teaching style and knack for turning classrooms into lively learning spaces, she has guided hundreds of students to express themselves with flair. A published researcher and conference speaker, Archana is passionate about empowering women to bring their authentic personality to the forefront. Dr. Ranjan Jyoti Bezbaruah (b. 27th of August, 1982) is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, Arya Vidyapeeth College (Autonomous), Guwahati, Assam. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics titled “Role of Extension Service in Transformation of Agriculture in Assam” from Gauhati University in 2016. His specialization and research interests include areas like Agricultural Economics, Development Economics, Public Finance and Econometrics. Dr. Ranjan Jyoti Bezbaruah has been actively engaged in both academic and research pursuits for the last eighteen (18) years. He has published research articles in reputed Journals like Economic and Political Weekly, UGC CARE listed and Scopus indexed journals. Dr. Bezbaruah has also published in books and book chapters and actively contributes to professional bodies, curriculum development, and policy-oriented academic initiatives, with a commitment to interdisciplinary research and education.



Dr. D. Arivazhagan He has been in teaching for the past twenty-three years handling various management and Information technology related subjects. He did his Ph.D. in Marine Human Resource and Information Technology. Also, he has 6 years of Industry experience with various platforms and programming. Before joining this organization, he worked for Main Street Networks, CA to develop Utilities Management System using Java, EJB, JSP, J-Script, Style sheet, XML, SYBASE, and HTML & worked in Unix, MVS, Windows NT, Novell NetWare and MS-DOS Operating Systems, also coded in CGI, Perl, Cold fusion and JDBC. His strengths include creativity, project design implementation, project analysis and quick learning of new languages/packages. He has guides Research Scholars and published many papers in National and International Journals. He worked as the head of the Department of Marine Information Technology and as Additional Controller of Examination in the Department of Examination. At present working as Professor in AMET Business School and Director e-governance.
