Prof. Sudhakar Patra (b.1965) is presently serving as RBI Chair Professor, PG Department of Analytical & Applied Economics, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. He was former Professor & Head, Economics and Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Berhampur University, Odisha. Prof. Patra has 36 years of teaching and research experience, completed 05 research projects and published 30 Books, 122 research papers in Journals & 52 Chapters in edited books. Prof. Patra has guided 17 research scholars for Ph.D/D.lit degree and has 13 times academic visit to different foreign countries. He teaches financial Programming, Monetary Management, Econometrics, Mathematical Economics. Apart from many NAAC visits as Peer Team Member, he is an expert in data analysis in SPSS, STATA, E Views.

Dr. Manisha Gupta is currently working as a Research Associate at the RBI Chair Unit, Department of Analytical & Applied Economics, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Previously, she served as a Research Associate at the Nabakrushna Choudhury Centre for Development Studies (NCDS), Bhubaneswar. She completed her PhD from the Central University of Odisha, Koraput as an ICSSR Doctoral Fellow. Her academic contributions include 08 research papers published in reputed journals (including 04 indexed in Scopus and 01 in Web of Science), 05 edited book Chapters, and presentations at fourteen national and international conferences and seminars. Her research interests encompass Environmental and Resource Economics, Agricultural Economics, Macroeconomics, and Development Policy. She has also qualified the UGC-NET for Assistant Professor and the GATE examinations in 2021 and 2025.

Ashutosh Chhotaray is currently working as a Research Assistant at the RBI Chair Unit, Department of Analytical & Applied Economics, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. He is also pursuing his Ph.D. in Economics at Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University (MSCB University), Odisha. Previously, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Nabakrushna Choudhury Centre for Development Studies (NCDS), Bhubaneswar. His academic contributions include 04 research papers published in reputed journals (including 02 indexed in Scopus), 03 edited book chapters, and presentations at 08 national and international conferences and seminars. His research interests encompass health economics, sustainable development, environmental economics, public finance, and monetary management.
