Dr. Nandani Sharma, is an experienced Associate Professor with a demonstrated history of working in educational field. Dr. Sharma had done her MBA from Dr.D.Y.Patil University, Pune (Maharastra). She holds a Ph.D. Degree in Management. Her area of research portfolio Management in Marketing sector. She has also done her M.A. in Economics. She has several publication to her credit and written more than 10 national and international journals of repute. She has also participated in more than 20 national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, FIP, FDP etc. From Last 12 Years she is associated with college fertanity. Her area of Teaching and research is Consumer Behaviour, HRM, Performance Management, Leadership, Service Marketing etc.Her commitment to advancing knowledge is evident through her acquisition of numerous certifications in Marketing & Research from esteemed institutions. Professionally, she has consistently achieved remarkable milestones, demonstrating her exceptional track record and garnering recognition for her accomplishments.She has an life time member of IARA. She had also worked as HR.

Dr. Shruti Sharma, is a seasoned Assistant Professor with a proven track record in the field of education management. Skilled in Lecturing, counselling, Administration, Mentoring, and Management. Strong education professional with a Ph.D. in Management focused on Stress Management and Coping Skills from the University of Kota, Kota. Dr. Shruti Sharma is currently an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of School of Management, IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus), India. Dr. Sharma has worked as an internal trainer and teacher in the management arena. Her doctorate degree is in Commerce & Management from the University of Kota, Kota Rajasthan and she completed her dissertation research on the topic of “Managing Stress to Improve Efficiency & Motivation: A Case Study on an Academic Performance of Coaching Faculties in Kota City”, She has two postgraduate degrees’ specialties-one in Business Administration (Masters of Commerce) and another is MBA in Marketing & HR. With over 8 years of academic experience under her belt, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

She has authored numerous research papers in highly respected international and national journals, showcasing her expertise in the field. Additionally, she has had the privilege of sharing her research findings at prestigious conferences worldwide. Dr. Payal Sharma Upadhyay, born and brought up in Udaipur. She had done her schooling from St. Teresa School, then MBA from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth. She had done her Ph.D. in Management (Time Management). She had done her B.Ed and M.Ed also. She has published her research paper in more than 20 national and International journals of repute. She has also participated in more than 20 national and international seminers, workshops, conferencences, FDP etc. Her four books has already been published which is related to Management. From Last 17 Years she is associated with college fertanity.Her area of specialization is HRM and OB.

Mr. Rajat Tayal, is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management, KIET Group of Institutions, Delhi-NCR. He holds 2 Gold Medals in PGDM (equivalent to MBA by AIU). He has qualified for UGC NET in 2 Subjects, namely, Labour Welfare and Management. Beyond the classroom, he has actively contributed to research and publications. His academic contributions have earned him recognition and appreciation, with his work being published in reputable journals. He has also completed various professional certification courses from IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, and NIELIT, among others. These courses have helped him acquire new skills and stay updated with the latest trends in the industry.
