Dr. M. Javed Kalburgi is the HOD of DMS, BITM, Ballari. He has 14 years of experience in teaching. He has published more than 15 articles in National and International journals, attended and presented papers in various National and International conferences, attended various FDPs, workshops and symposiums.

Prof. H. Mahaboob Basha is working as Assistant Professor at GFGC, Harappanahalli, Karnataka. He has 13 years of teaching experience and published 12 research papers in national and international journals, attended various FDPs, workshops.

Prof. Devika Rani P. working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Ballari Institute of Technology and Management, Ballari. She has 9 years of experience in teaching and has published 12 articles in National and International journals, presented papers in various national and international conferences, attended FDPs and workshops and training programmes, reviewed various national and international papers.

Prof. Mohammed Farzana Begum is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies at Ballari Institute of Technology & Management, Ballari and has 5 years of experience in teaching and has published 6 articles in National and International journals, attended various FDPs, workshops.
