About The Authors
Dr. Bhuvnender Chaudhary is a distinguished academician and education administrator with more than 15 years of experience in higher education, research, and academic leadership. He is currently serving as the Director of Phonics University, Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India, where he plays a pivotal role in promoting academic excellence, research innovation, and institutional development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to quality education, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, and fostering a research-oriented academic environment. His areas of interest include higher education, management, entrepreneurship, innovation, and interdisciplinary research. Dr. Chaudhary has made significant scholarly contributions through the publication of more than 10 research papers in UGC-CARE-listed, ABDC-indexed, and peer-reviewed national and international journals. He has actively participated in and presented research at over 10 national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops, contributing to academic discourse across diverse disciplines. As a dedicated research supervisor, he has successfully guided three Ph.D. scholars to the successful completion of their doctoral research, while eight research scholars are currently pursuing their Ph.D. under his supervision. Through his leadership, research mentorship, and academic contributions, Dr. Chaudhary continues to inspire students and researchers while making a meaningful contribution to the advancement of higher education and scholarly research.
Dr. Prashant Kumar is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce at Phonics University, Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. He has over five years of teaching and research experience in higher education and is currently associated with a PostDoctoral Research Collaboration at Newcastle University, Singapore. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Kalinga University, Chhattisgarh, and an M.Phil. in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Bihar, where he secured the distinction of University Topper. His research interests include Finance, Economics, Banking, International Business, Marketing, Business Statistics, Sustainable Finance, Green Finance, Financial Technology (FinTech), Artificial Intelligence, ESG, and Econometrics. Dr. Kumar has published more than 35 research papers in Scopus-indexed, ABDC-listed, UGC-CARE, and peerreviewed journals, edited nine ISBN-registered books, and contributed numerous book chapters with reputed national and international publishers. He serves as a Guest Editor for several international journals and has been granted 11 Indian Design Registrations (Design Patents) in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital commerce, finance, and education. He has also presented research at over 35 national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops, reflecting his continued commitment to academic excellence, interdisciplinary research, innovation, and the advancement of commerce and management education.
