About The Authors

Dr. (CA) Ajit S Joshi is presently working as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department ( Finance) at PTVA’s Institute of Management, Vile Parle, Mumbai. He is having around 14 years of experience in Commerce Education, Self-Financed Course, MBA and CA Education. He holds a Ph. D. in Accountancy from University of Mumbai. In addition to this he has also qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant and UGC-NET.

He has submitted several research papers on topics of Fair Value Accounting, Women Self Help Groups and Beneish Model and published several articles in Regional media about GST, financial issues and other socio-cultural issues. He has authored a Marathi book on Financial Literacy amongst Women, sponsored by Maharashtra State Commission for Women. He is a regular participant of Panel Discussions on Financial issues on various News Channels

Dr. Arvind S. Luhar is a PhD, M. Com, MJMC, MBA, LL.M, FDP-IIM, UGCNET with 21 years of teaching experience at graduation level, 15 years at post graduation level and 10 years experience in guiding research scholars. Presently he is working as a HOD and Associate Professor in Commerce (Accountancy) at I. Y. College, Mumbai. He is having good command over Research Methodology, Human Resource Management and Accounting.
