About The Book
The book developed the inter-relationship between product innovation and its evaluation through the financial performance parameters. It analyzes the determinants of product innovation and its impact on the financial performance of the organizations. Dr. Aarushi Kataria has completed his P.hd (Management) from the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune (Maharashtra). She has qualified UGC-NET (Management) in 2012 and is currently working as a Assistant Professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research, New Delhi. She has done MBA (Finance and Marketing) from Amity Business School, Noida and her graduation in B.COM (Honours) from Delhi University. She has enriched her experience in teaching and research since last 8 years.
